MANUFACTURING OPTIONS

STANDARD MANUFACTURING
• Demo preview: 1–7 working days after order date
• Dispatch: 5–10 working days after order date

Working days exclude:
Saturday, Sunday, Government holidays listed for the applicable year, and the order date.

Manufacturing timelines are indicative estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, peak seasonal demand, machine availability, material supply, technical complexity of customization, quality control requirements, or unforeseen operational constraints. Such variations shall not be considered a delay, deficiency in service, or grounds for cancellation or refund.

Manufacturing shall be deemed to have commenced once any of the following occurs:

• Customization data processing or design preparation
• Demo or preview generation
• Material allocation or machine scheduling
• Production queue entry

Once manufacturing has commenced, timelines and cancellation conditions are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

After dispatch:

Standard Orders
Estimated delivery: 2–7 working days after order dispatch

Actual delivery duration depends on:

• Courier partner performance
• PIN code serviceability
• Local operational conditions

Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

DEMO / PREVIEW

We aim to provide demo previews before manufacturing; however:

• Previews may be delayed during peak volume
• In certain cases previews may be skipped
• Manufacturing will proceed within timelines regardless

This does not constitute service failure.

TRACKING

Tracking details are provided after dispatch via:

• Email
or
• WhatsApp

Order tracking becomes active only after courier handover.
There will be no order status updates prior to dispatch.

Delivery Discrepancy Reporting:
In case the tracking status shows the order as “Delivered” but the customer has not received it, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery update via our official support channels.

Any reports made after this time frame may not be eligible for investigation or resolution, as we rely on courier partner timelines and proofs of delivery.

👉 Customers are requested to check with family members, neighbors, or security personnel before reporting a missing delivery, as courier partners may deliver to nearby recipients.

COURIER PARTNER RESPONSIBILITY

We ship through authorized logistics partners.

Our responsibility is fulfilled upon:

• Completion of manufacturing
• Handover to courier partner

We are not liable for:

• Courier delays
• Routing issues
• Delivery rescheduling
• Last-mile failures
• Operational disruptions

We assist with escalations but do not control courier operations.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers must provide correct delivery details.

If a shipment returns due to incorrect address or phone number:

• Reshipping charges apply (₹75–₹100 or actual cost)
• Processing resumes only after payment

Dates mentioned by customers in notes or communication are not binding commitments.

Delivery is governed strictly by this policy’s timelines.
